EQ 1.0 is now available.
After three years development, EQ (Email questionnaire) is now available. It is my pleasure to introduce EQ. It has the following features...

1) Email based. No need for a WWW server.
2) HTML based questionnaire. Mime standard supported.
3) Cooperates with Outlook and Outlook express, to make use of
existing email accounts.
4) Questionnaire tree layout makes editing easy. Adding,
deleting and re-arranging questionnaire items is simple.
5) Flexibility to modify a questionnaire component properties
such as color, font, alignment, etc.
6) Supports templates for creating questionnaires with a
particular theme.
7) Collects questionnaire replies directly from a mail server
or via an existing email client. Questionnaires dispatched
directly via SMTP, no email client required.
