Configure EQ to retrieve replies from a POP3 Server

step 1:
Disable your POP3 Access in WQ from WQ Menu, Tools=>Options, Incoming Mails tab.

step 2:
Enable the Outlook add-in and disable all other add-ins.
From WQ Menu, Tools=>Options, Mail Add-ins tab.

Step 3:
Invoke your Outlook and retrieve the emails from the account specified as the "Sender Email Address".

step 4:
Outlook add-in copy the content of the questionnaire replies and move them to the deleted folder.

Step 1:
Enable POP3 Access from WQ Menu, Tools=>Options, Incoming Mails.
Enter your POP3 Server, Account name and password.

Step 2:
Disable all EQ add-ins from WQ Menu, Tools=>Options, Mail Add-in tab.

Step 3:
Click on the "Collect Replies" button in WQ toolbar to connect to your POP3 Server and retrieve the email replies.
